Compliance Framework

Our services include property sourcing, landlord services, serviced accommodation support, and introductions connected with our sister brand Radiance Housing. The exact compliance requirements depend on the activity, so we keep our registrations and processes under review as the business develops.

Estate Agents Act 1979

Where our work falls within estate agency activity, including property sourcing introductions or direct-to-vendor conversations, we operate in line with the Estate Agents Act 1979 and relevant consumer protection requirements.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at enquiries@prestwichproperty.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two working days and resolve them within eight weeks.
