Prestwich Property Management is a trading name of Ilić McFarlane Property Trading Ltd (Company number 15241003), based in North Manchester. We work with homeowners, landlords, and property investors across Prestwich, Crumpsall, and the wider North Manchester area.
Our services include property sourcing and direct-to-vendor conversations, guaranteed rent arrangements, and serviced accommodation management. We also offer property staging, in-house maintenance, and — through our sister brand Radiance Housing — supported housing conversations.
We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS). We take a straightforward, plain-English approach to everything we do.
